Update, September 2026: In July 2025, the owner of the Botetourt County portion of the Sanderson Drive tract withdrew its request to rezone it for housing. In January 2026, the Roanoke County portion was sold to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The map and documents page have been updated.
